· If advance is sent by EMO, we request a separate letter or an email, as no message is printed on the MO coupon. We prefer email, as it saves time.
· Title of the book should be written clearly.
· Books will be dispatched based on availability of Stock.
· We regret that the books will NOT be sent without an advance.
· Books will be sent by V.P.P on receipt of advance only.
· Our responsibility ceases once we handover the parcel to the Post Office. We are not liable for any delay in transit.
